MOSCOW, Feb 19 (PRIME) -- A1 of Mikhail Fridman and German Khan is interested in buying the Bridge Resort hotel complex built in Russia’s Sochi for the 2014 Olympics by now-bankrupt construction company Mostovik, Kommersant business daily reported Tuesday.
The 700-room hotel is pledged with VEB.RF, with Mostovik owing over 2 billion rubles.
Experts said the market value of the resort complex may reach 3.5 billion rubles, while the deal could improve its financial performance and raise its investment attractiveness.
